Your New Role
This internship is remote.
MR is looking for an Artist Relations Liaison intern to assist the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Use Celebrity to glean contact information for all 3,000 artists in the MR database and correspond with them as required.
- Keep the local venue concert list up-to-date.
- Find upcoming concerts of artists that are currently in our stream and work to contact them as required.
- Recommend interviews for MR executives and work to contact the appropriate people for interview requests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Creative problem-solving with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to constructive feedback.
- Strong time-management skills
- Curiosity and an excitement for learning
- Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (Proof of enrollment required)
- Must be in good academic standing (3.0 or above GPA)
- Must be a rising Junior, or Senior Undergraduate student (18 years or older)
- Masters Radio will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
What to know before applying:
- The duration of the summer program is 12 weeks.
- Program Dates:
- June 3rd – August 23rd
- Interns will be expected to work 40 hours per week from 9am – 5pm, M-F in a remote capacity.
- Our internships are paid via providing college credit through your university.
- A five-page paper on lessons learned or portfolio of projects completed will be required at the end of the internship.
