30-Day Social Media Calendar Template
Your day-by-day posting plan for a successful crowdfunding campaign. This calendar gives you a ready-made content schedule across every major platform so you never wonder “what should I post today?” Just customize the suggestions to fit your project and voice.
How to Customize This Calendar
- Copy this template into a spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel, or Notion) so you can edit freely.
- Replace bracketed text like [SONG NAME] or [REWARD TIER] with your actual content.
- Skip platforms you don’t use. If you’re not on TikTok, remove that column. Focus beats presence.
- Batch-create content. Before your campaign launches, try to pre-make at least 10 days of posts. Use scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or the native platform schedulers.
- Color-code by content type to see your mix at a glance:
- Red = Urgent/CTA (direct ask to back the campaign)
- Blue = Behind-the-scenes (studio, process, personal)
- Green = Social proof (backer milestones, press, testimonials)
- Orange = Content drop (new music, video, exclusive preview)
- Purple = Community engagement (Q&A, polls, shoutouts)
Phase 1: Launch Blitz (Days 1-3)
This is your highest-energy window. Most successful campaigns raise 25-30% of their goal in the first 72 hours. Post frequently and without hesitation. Your friends, family, and biggest fans are watching and ready to support you.

Get people talking, not just watching. |

Pro Tips for Social Media During Your Campaign
- Best posting times: Instagram 11am-1pm and 7-9pm. TikTok 7-9am and 7-11pm. Twitter/X 8-10am and 6-9pm. Facebook 1-4pm. All times in your audience’s primary timezone.
- The 70/20/10 rule: 70% of posts should provide value (music, stories, behind-the-scenes). 20% should build community (engagement, fan features). Only 10% should be direct “please back my campaign” asks.
- Repost across platforms but adjust the format. A TikTok video can become an Instagram Reel, but change the caption for each platform’s culture.
- Save your best content for days when funding is slow. If Day 13 feels dead, drop a surprise track preview to re-energize the conversation.
- Use hashtags strategically: #crowdfunding, #indiemusic, #supportindieartists, #newalbum, plus genre-specific tags.
- Always include a link. On platforms where links in posts don’t work well (Instagram), keep your bio link updated to your campaign page.
