Christopher James Adler is an American drummer best known as a founding member and longtime percussionist of the heavy metal band Lamb of God, which he helped establish in 1994. The Richmond, Virginia-based group became one of the defining forces in modern metal, and Adler's powerful, technical drumming became integral to their signature sound. His career reached another milestone when he joined the legendary hard rock band Megadeth from 2015 to 2016, contributing to their fifteenth studio album, Dystopia, which earned Grammy recognition. Throughout his tenure with Lamb of God and beyond, Adler has established himself as a skilled and respected musician within the heavy metal community.
Adler's body of work spans multiple decades and notable projects within the metal and hard rock genres.
