Wolfgang Van Halen was an American musician, singer, and songwriter who carried forward a legendary musical legacy. The son of actress Valerie Bertinelli and iconic guitarist Eddie Van Halen, Wolfgang stepped into the spotlight as bassist for Van Halen from 2007 to 2020, performing alongside his father and uncle Alex. His early career also included time with the heavy metal band Tremonti from 2012 to 2016, where he honed his craft across multiple musical landscapes. Wolfgang's father passed away in 2020, leading to the disbanding of Van Halen and marking a significant turning point in his artistic journey.

Following his father's death, Wolfgang channeled his creative energy into his solo project Mammoth, a venture where he demonstrated his versatility by performing all instruments and vocals. His debut album Mammoth WVH arrived in 2021, introducing audiences to his distinctive artistic vision as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. The success of that first effort led to Mammoth II in 2023, solidifying Wolfgang's commitment to his solo career and establishing himself as a complete musician in his own right. Through these works, he built upon the Van Halen name while carving out his own unique musical identity.
