Robin Beck comes out swinging with “Living Proof,” and it wastes no time making its point. The vocals are front and center, powerful without being overdone, and backed by a sound that knows exactly how to support them.
There is a throwback feel here, but it does not feel dated. It feels earned. “Living Proof” leans into what works and delivers it with confidence. This is not subtle. It is not supposed to be. It is here to hit, and it does.
