We are going to call him our friend though he may not admit to it. We are speaking of course of Jeff “Skunk” Baxter! His career is amazing having been the guitarist for both Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers. Plus, he has played as a session member for artists such as Eric Clapton, Dolly Parton, and Sheryl Crow, and has toured with the likes of Elton John and Linda Ronstadt.
His latest effort will be released in July of 2022. Fortunately for us, he shared a song from this album with the reimagined “My Old School.” Thanks to Fender and Jeff for sending this to us!
