The All-American Rejects just dropped “Easy Cum Easy Go,” and it’s every bit as irreverent as that title suggests. Tyson Ritter sounds like he’s smirking through the whole thing, dragging his swagger across a melody that shouldn’t work — but absolutely does. It’s snarky, self-aware pop-rock at its finest, reminding you that some bands age like whiskey… and some age like a bar fight.
It’s loud, catchy, and unapologetically immature — in other words, exactly what we needed. The Rejects never promised to grow up, and thank God they’ve kept their word.
