Leslie Sebastian Charles, also known as Billy Ocean, is a Trinidadian-English artist with many popular international R&B hits in the 1970s-1980s. Between those years, he released four studio albums and later hit a break through in 1984 with his fifth album Suddenly and his hit single “Carribbean Queen.”
