The Wallflowers are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1989 by singer-songwriter Jakob Dylan and guitarist Tobi Miller. The band has gone through a number of personnel changes but has remained centered on Dylan.

If there was such a thing as “Rock Royalty” Jakob certainly would be a contender for the thrown. Jakob’s father, Bob Dylan, has definitely passed on the talented genes to his son. Although, their styles of music are as different as much as they share similarities. Music creation from Jakob places itself in a different genre from Bob. Yet, the talent that courses through Dylan blood is evident in the timelessness of their songs.

The Wallflowers are currently in the studio recording their latest album, yet to be titled. Until that release, Jakob recently appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show with Jade Castrinos performing “Dedicated to the One I Love.”
